An umbrella provides a bit of relief for a welder on a hot August day.  This switch, in use in the previous shot sees a lot of use, and maintenance.  Including an occasional flatcar mounted jet engine to clear the frog of snow and ice.  Anyone know how the term 'frog' developed in the early years of railroading?  Send in your guesses, and we'll let you know in a future posting.
